Ever since the 2018 season wrapped up for us, we have been not-so-patiently waiting for the 2019 season. We met up early morning in our school’s library to host our own kick-off event. As the live-stream was happening we were all on the edge of our seats waiting for the game reveal. We were so excited for Destination Deep Space that we even wore space themed shirts to get in the spirit. Once the reveal video aired and we were given the password for the game manual, we split into groups and discussed all the important sections. We thought of different strategies, made a list of priorities for the season, and sketched some ideas for us to prototype. We came together like a big family, with some amazing ideas brought to the table. We know we will have a great build season, and we cant wait to start prototyping all our ideas to build another competitive robot.
